Text
The trustee of the state will pay to the Secretary of the Treasury at such times as may be prescribed by federal law or regulation, contributions with respect to wages equal to the sum of the taxes which would be imposed by the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (26 U.S.C.A. § 1400 et seq.), if service covered by the agreement constituted employment within the meaning of the act.
