Text

Any official having charge of and authority over the hiring of employees or granting of educational assistance, as described in section 105.1213 , shall adopt procedures deemed appropriate to effectuate the provisions of sections 105.1210 to 105.1216 .  Certification by the applicant of his registration status shall be deemed adequate to satisfy the provisions of sections 105.1210 to 105.1216 .
