Text
Subdivision 1.Hours for taking trout restricted.
A person may not take trout, except lake trout, between 11:00 p.m. and one hour before sunrise.
Subd. 2.Lake Superior streams.
The commissioner may prescribe the open season and conditions for taking brook trout, brown trout, rainbow trout, steelhead trout, and salmon in any portion of a stream that flows into Lake Superior.
Subd. 3.Salmon.
The commissioner may prescribe, by rule, the method of taking and possessing salmon.
