(a)Applications through the Department of Natural Resources' online sales system for a resident license to hunt or fish that is required under this chapter or chapter 97B must allow the applicant to indicate a desire to make an anatomical gift according to paragraph (b).
(b)The online sales system application must contain statements sufficient to comply with the requirements of the Darlene Luther Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, chapter 525A, so that execution of the application makes the anatomical gift effective for those indicating a desire to make an anatomical gift.
