Money to make payments to the Leech Lake Band, the 1854 Treaty Area agreement, and White Earth Band special license account under sections97A.151, subdivision 4,97A.155, subdivision 2, and97A.157, subdivision 4, is annually appropriated for that purpose from the general fund.
