Text
Consistent with section13.03, subdivision 3, a person shall not be required to pay a fee to access exploration data, exploration drill core data, mineral evaluation data, and mining data stored in the drill core library located in Hibbing, Minnesota, and managed by the commissioner of natural resources. The library shall be open during regular business hours.
