Subdivision 1. [Repealed,2000 c 495 s 53] Subd. 2.Draining meandered public lake for mineral purposes forbidden. It shall be unlawful for any individual, copartnership, or corporation to drain any meandered public lake for the purpose of mining of minerals without first having received the consent of the Executive Council. Subd.
