Text
(a)A person who makes a false statement in any application, form, or other statement as described in sections88.641to88.6435is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person who violates a provision of sections88.641to88.6435is guilty of a misdemeanor.
