Text
Subdivision 1.Establishment.
The outdoor engagement grant account is established as an account in the natural resources fund. The purpose of the account is to provide funding from private sources to support the no child left inside grant program under section84.976.
Subd. 2.Funding sources.
Appropriations, gifts, grants, and other contributions to the outdoor engagement grant account must be credited to the account. All interest and other earnings on money in the account must be credited to the account.
Subd. 3.Appropriation; expenditures.
Money in the account is appropriated to the commissioner of natural resources and may be used only for grants under section84.976.
