Text
(a)Except as provided in paragraph (b) and section 169A.20, a person who violates a provision of sections84.773;84.777;84.788to84.795;84.798to84.804;84.90; or84.922to84.928or rules of the commissioner relating to off-highway vehicle use is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)A person is guilty of a gross misdemeanor if the person violates section84.773, subdivision 2, clause (2), and the person recklessly upsets the natural and ecological balance of a wetland or public waters wetland.
(c)A person is prohibited from operating an off-highway vehicle for a period of one year if the person is:
(1)convicted of a gross misdemeanor under paragraph (b);
(2)convicted of or subject to a final order under section84.775for a violation of the prohibition on the intentional operation on unfrozen public wat
