For the purposes of sections84.771to84.930, "off-highway vehicle" means an off-highway motorcycle, as defined under section84.787, subdivision 7; an off-road vehicle, as defined under section84.797, subdivision 7; or an all-terrain vehicle, as defined under section84.92, subdivision 8.
