Subdivision 1.Penalties. Any person violating any of the provisions of sections84.091to84.15, or any of the orders of the commissioner promulgated in pursuance of the provisions thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and, upon a second conviction within a period of three years, the person's license shall become null and void and no license of the same kind shall be issued to the person for one year after the date of such conviction; and any person violating, or threatening to violate, any provisions of sections84.091to84.15and Laws 1939, chapter 231, may be restrained by injunction proceedings brought in the name of the state by the attorney general or by any county attorney. Subd.
