(a)When the Department of Natural Resources collects, creates, receives, maintains, or disseminates the following data on individuals who the department knows are minors, the data are considered private data on individuals, as defined in section13.02, subdivision 12, except for data classified as public data according to section13.43:
(1)name;
(2)date of birth;
(3)Social Security number;
(4)telephone number;
(5)email address;
(6)physical or mailing address;
(7)location data;
(8)online account access information;
(9)data associated with the location of electronic devices; and
(10)other data that would identify participants who have registered for events, programs, or classes sponsored by the Department of Natural Resources.
