A manufacturer, distributor or factory branch acting in the capacity of lessor of buildings or facilities to a new motor vehicle dealer may not take any actions or include in a lease agreement relating to those buildings or facilities any provisions which would be in contravention of or prohibited by sections80E.01to80E.17.
