Text
Subdivision 1.Generally. The attorney general has the responsibilities and duties prescribed by this section. Subd. 2.Duties. The attorney general shall:
(1)enforce the provisions of law relating to consumer fraud and unlawful practices in connection therewith as set forth in sections325F.68and325F.69;
(2)enforce the provisions of law set forth in sections80D.19and80D.20and Laws 1984, chapter 641, section 9; and
(3)make recommendations to the governor and the legislature for statutory needs that exist in adequately protecting the consumer.
