The form for the surety bond under this chapter shall be: STATE OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE SURETY BOND OF SELF-INSURER OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION a corporation organized under the laws of .................... and authorized to transact a general surety business in the State of Minnesota, as Surety, are held and firmly bound to the State of Minnesota in the penal sum of .................... dollars ($.........) for which payment we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
