Text
Subdivision 1.Prohibition.
No person shall engage in this state in any trade practice which is defined in sections72A.17to72A.32as or determined pursuant to sections72A.17to72A.32to be an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance.
Subd. 2.Rulemaking.
The commissioner may, in accordance with chapter 14, promulgate reasonable rules as the commissioner deems necessary to enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter.
