Subdivision 1.Disclosure. No insurer shall take any action in regard to an automobile insurance policy on the statements or charges of any person made to the insurer concerning alleged unsafe driving habits of an insured unless the insurer shall concurrently disclose to the insured the name and address of the person from which the information was received. Subd. 2.Notice of right to complain. When the insurer notifies the policyholder of nonrenewal, cancellation or reduction in the limits of liability of coverage under section65B.16or65B.17, the insurer shall also notify the named insured of the right to complain within 30 days of receipt by the named insured of notice of nonrenewal, cancellation or reduction in the limits of liability to the commissioner of such action and of the nature
