Sections62Q.735to62Q.739and62Q.74do not apply to health plan companies whose annual Minnesota health premium revenues are less than three percent of the total annual Minnesota health premium revenues, as measured by the assessment base of the Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association. For purposes of this percentage calculation, a health plan company's premiums include the Minnesota health premium revenues of its affiliates.
