Text

When a defendant who has violated conditions imposed on the defendant's release is surrendered to a judge under section629.63, the judge shall, in accordance withrules 6.02and6.03of the Rules of Criminal Procedure, continue the release upon the same conditions or impose different or additional conditions for the defendant's possible release.
