Text

When a defendant has been admitted to bail after verdict or trial, and neglects to appear at the time or place at which the defendant is bound to appear and submit to the jurisdiction of the proper court, the court may have that defendant arrested as provided inrule 6.03, subdivision 1, of the Rules of Criminal Procedure. In accordance withrules 6.02and6.03of the Rules of Criminal Procedure, the court may continue the release upon the same conditions or impose different or additional conditions for the defendant's possible release.
