Text

If a person released under appearance bond as provided by rule6.02of the Rules of Criminal Procedure does not appear according to the conditions of the bond, the court shall record the default and certify the bond, with the record of the default, to the district court. The district court shall hear the default in accordance with the procedures provided in rule6.03of the Rules of Criminal Procedure for hearing a violation of a condition of release.
