There is no privilege as to communication or records relevant to an issue of the physical, mental, or emotional condition of the claimant or victim in a proceeding under sections611A.51to611A.56in which that condition is an issue. Nothing contained in this section shall be interpreted to abridge the attorney-client privilege.
