Text
The rights afforded to crime victims in sections611A.01to611A.06are applicable to adult criminal cases, juvenile delinquency proceedings, juvenile traffic proceedings involving driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and proceedings involving any other act committed by a juvenile that would be a crime as defined in section609.02, if committed by an adult.
