Subdivision 1. [Repealed by amendment, 2010 c 384 s 6] Subd. 2.Regulation of fees and commissions. A surplus lines broker may charge a fee and commission, in addition to the premium, that is not excessive or discriminatory. The broker shall maintain complete documentation of all fees and commissions charged. Subd.
