(a)For purposes of sections609.2111to609.2114, the terms defined in this subdivision have the meanings given them.

(b)"Motor vehicle" has the meaning given in section609.52, subdivision 1, and includes attached trailers.

(c)"Controlled substance" has the meaning given in section152.01, subdivision 4.

(d)"Intoxicating substance" has the meaning given in section169A.03, subdivision 11a.

(e)"Qualified prior driving offense" includes a prior conviction:

(1)for a violation of section169A.20under the circumstances described in section169A.24or169A.25;

(2)under section609.2112, subdivision 1, paragraph (a), clauses (2) to (6);609.2113, subdivision1, clauses (2) to (6); 2, clauses (2) to (6); or 3, clauses (2) to (6); or609.2114, subdivision 1, paragraph (a), clauses (2) to (6); or 2, claus

(4) under Minnesota Statutes 2006, section609.21, subdivision 1, clauses (2) to (6); 2, clauses (2) to (6); 2a, clauses (2) to (6); 2b, clauses (2) to (6); 3, clauses (2) to (6); or 4, clauses (2) to (6).
(f) "Artificially derived cannabinoid" has the meaning given in section342.01, subdivision6.
(g) "Cannabis flower" has the meaning given in section342.01, subdivision 16.
(h) "Cannabis product" has the meaning given in section342.01, subdivision 20.
(i) "Hemp-derived consumer product" has the meaning given in section342.01, subdivision 37.
(j) "Lower-potency hemp edible" has the meaning given in section342.01, subdivision50.
