Text

A garnishee shall:

(1)complete the garnishment disclosure form and return it to the creditor, and serve a copy on the debtor as required by section571.75;
(2)retain nonexempt disposable earnings, indebtedness, money, or other property belonging to the debtor up to 110 percent of the amount claimed in the garnishment summons, as required by section571.73, except as limited by section571.922;
(3)(a) remit and deliver the garnished nonexempt disposable earnings, indebtedness, money, or other property to the creditor upon levy, written authorization of the debtor, court order, or operation of law.
