To the extent that sections527.21to527.40, by virtue of section527.42, paragraph (b), do not apply to transfers made in a manner prescribed in Minnesota Statutes 1984, sections527.01to527.11or to the powers, duties, and immunities conferred by transfers in that manner upon custodians and persons dealing with custodians, the repeal of Minnesota Statutes 1984, sections527.01to527.11does not affect those transfers or those powers, duties, and immunities.
