(a)By July 1, 2013, the Supreme Court shall establish a statewide registration system under which guardians and conservators appointed under sections524.5-101to524.5-502must register with the state court administrator. Registration information must include the name of the guardian or conservator, whether the person is a professional guardian or conservator, date and county of appointment, and other information required by the Supreme Court. Registration data that the Supreme Court determines are accessible to the public must be accessible online or through other means implemented by the Supreme Court.
