Text
No owner shall advertise or represent its services, or permit its services to be advertised or represented, in a manner that uses the word "warehouse" unless the owner is licensed and bonded as provided in chapter231.
Nothing in this section prohibits the use of the term "self-service storage facility" in an advertisement or representation.
