Text
The lien shall also exist, as against all other creditors, in case of the death, dissolution, or insolvency of the employer. The notice provided for in section514.60shall, in such case, be given to the personal representative of the decedent, or to the receiver or other officer of court entitled to possession of the assets of the employer, within five days after qualification as such, and the lien shall cease unless determined or sued upon as prescribed in section514.60.
