Text

A judgment or decree affecting land registered under sections508A.01to508A.85shall be registered upon the presentation of a certified copy of it to the registrar, who shall enter a memorial of it upon the CPT. When the registered owner of the land is by the judgment or decree divested of an estate in fee in it, or of any part of it, the prevailing party shall be entitled to a new CPT for the land, or so much of it as is described in the judgment and decree. The registrar shall enter the new CPT as in the case of a voluntary conveyance. No new CPT shall be entered except upon the written certification of the examiner of titles as to the legal sufficiency of the documents presented for filing for the purpose of issuance of a new CPT or upon the order of the district court directing the issua
