Text
The owner of land registered under sections508A.01to508A.85may plat it and subdivide it into lots and blocks in like manner as in the case of unregistered land. All laws with reference to the subdivision and platting of unregistered land shall apply with like force and effect to registered land excepting only that the surveyor's plat of it shall be filed with the registrar.
