Text

The receiving of a CPT shall be deemed to be an agreement running with the land and binding upon the applicant and successors in the possessory title to the effect that the land shall be and forever remain registered land, subject to the provisions of sections508A.01to508A.85. All dealings with the land, or any estate or interest in it, after the land has been registered shall be expressly subject to the terms and provisions of sections508A.01to508A.85.
