Text

At any time prior to the issuance of the first CPT, the applicant or successor in interest may withdraw the application by filing for record in the office of the county recorder a verified statement of withdrawal, and a duplicate of it shall be delivered to the examiner of titles. The applicant may convert the application to a full registration pursuant to chapter508, at any time on complying with all of the requirements of it. If any proceeding has been suspended as provided in section508A.13, subdivision 3, for more than 30 days, the examiner may file in the office of the county recorder a notice of termination of the proceeding.
