Subdivision 1.Effect of registration.
Land registered under sections508A.01to508A.85shall be registered subject to the rights of persons in possession, if any, and rights which would be disclosed by a survey, except that no title in derogation of that of the registered owner shall be acquired by prescription or adverse possession after the date of the first CPT; otherwise, land registered under sections508A.01to508A.85shall be subject to the same rights, protections, burdens, and incidents which attach by law to lands as provided in section508.02. The common law doctrine of practical location of boundaries applies to property registered under sections508A.01to508A.85whenever registered. Subd. 2.District court jurisdiction.
