Text

The supreme court shall promulgate rules to regulate the pleadings, practice, procedure and the forms thereof in juvenile proceedings in all juvenile courts of the state in accordance with the provisions of section480.059, except with respect to the composition of the advisory committee and the distribution of the proposed rules. Before adoption of the rules, the supreme court shall distribute copies of the proposed rules to such persons who register with the supreme court their desire to receive notice of hearings on the proposed rules. The rules shall be available for distribution to the judiciary and attorneys of the state on or before September 1, 1982.
