Text
Any such bank which has qualified and obtained a certificate, as provided in section48.37, may use in its corporate name or title, in addition to the word "bank" or other words now permitted by law, the words "trust" or "trust company," and may display and make use of signs, symbols, tokens, letterheads, cards, circulars and advertisements stating or indicating that it is authorized to transact the business authorized by said sections, and any such bank using the words "trust" or "trust company" is not required to use the word "state" in its corporate name.
