Text
$6,000,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $8,000,000 in each fiscal year thereafter is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of revenue for riparian protection aid payments under section477A.21. These amounts may be in addition to other appropriations for the same purpose. Unexpended funds from fiscal year 2018 are available in fiscal year 2019.
