Text
Subdivision 1.General powers.
The board has all powers that may be necessary or convenient to enable it to perform the duties and responsibilities imposed on it by law. The powers include the specific powers enumerated in this section.
Subd. 2.Gifts and appropriations.
The board may accept gifts; apply for and use grants of money or other property from the United States, the state, or any person for any board purpose, and may enter into agreements required in connection therewith; and may hold, use, and dispose of the money or property in accordance with the terms of the gift, grant, or agreement relating to it.
