Text
The increased costs to a municipality of implementing sections473.175;473.858, subdivisions 1 to 3;473.859to473.862; and473.866shall be deemed a levy and the proceeds of any tax levied under this section shall be deposited in the municipal treasury in a separate fund and expended only for the purposes authorized by this section.
