Subdivision 1.As in section473.859. Except as provided in the metropolitan system statement, comprehensive plans of towns shall include the matters specified in section473.859. Subd. 2.Plan preparation. Each town within the counties of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Scott, and Washington, authorized to plan under sections462.351to462.364, or under special law, shall by resolution determine whether it will prepare the comprehensive plan for its jurisdiction. Each such town also shall specify, pursuant to agreement with the county within which it is situated, any parts of its plan and official controls, if any, the preparation of which it delegates to the county.
