Subdivision 1.Compensation. Each commissioner, including the officers of the commission, may be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of duties. The annual budget of the commission shall provide as a separate account anticipated expenditures for travel and associated expenses for the chair and members, and compensation or reimbursement shall be made to the chair or members only when budgeted. No commissioner may be paid a per diem. Subd.
