The following data relating to applicants for or users of automated parking facilities at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport are classified as nonpublic data with regard to data not on individuals and as private data with regard to data on individuals:

(1)data contained in applications for an electronic tag or device that provides access to airport parking facilities and which assesses charges for a vehicle's use of those facilities;
(2)personal and vehicle information data;
(3)financial and credit data; and (4) parking usage data. Nothing in this section prohibits the production of summary data as defined in section13.02, subdivision 19.
