Subdivision 1.Public corporation. For the purposes provided in sections473.601to473.679the Metropolitan Airports Commission has been created as a public corporation. Subd. 1a.Also in Laws 1974, chapter 455. Except as provided otherwise in Laws 1974, chapter 455, the existence and the powers, responsibilities, rights, and obligations of this corporation are confirmed and extended in accordance with the provisions of those sections, as they now exist and as they are now and may hereafter be amended and supplemented. Subd. 2.Organization, structure, administration. The commission shall be organized, structured and administered as provided in sections473.601to473.679.
