Subdivision 1.Also rules, meetings. The commissioners shall adopt a corporate seal and shall adopt bylaws for the regulation of the affairs of the corporation and rules of procedure governing their actions, not inconsistent with law. The bylaws shall provide for regular meetings of the corporation to be held at least once in each month and for special meetings. Subd. 2.Per diem, expenses; exception. Each commission member shall receive $50 per diem compensation and be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses. The chair shall receive a salary as prescribed in section15A.0815and shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses to the same extent as a member.
