Subdivision 1.Terms. The terms defined in this section shall have the meanings given them for the purposes of sections473.501to473.549unless otherwise provided or indicated by the context. Subd.

2.MS 1992 [Repealed,1994 c 628 art 3 s 209] Subd. 3.Local government unit or government unit. "Local government unit" or "government unit" means any municipal or public corporation or governmental subdivision or agency located in whole or in part in the metropolitan area, authorized by law to provide for the collection and disposal of sewage.
