Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of section117.56, or any other law to the contrary, all acquisitions of buildings and real estate upon which buildings are located by governmental subdivisions pursuant to the exercise of the power of eminent domain as provided in section463.152shall be acquisitions for the purposes of sections117.50to117.56.
