Text

Subdivision 1.Exception, working agreements. All coordination, planning, and development regions assisted or created by the state of Minnesota or pursuant to federal legislation shall conform to the regions except where, after review and approval by the governor or designee, nonconformance is clearly justified. The governor or designee shall develop working agreements with state and federal departments and agencies to insure conformance with this subdivision. Subd.
