Text
Applicants referred from a layoff list shall be ranked as provided in the collective bargaining agreement or plan established under section43A.18, under which the layoff list was established. All other names in an applicant pool shall be ranked according to the veteran's preference provisions of section43A.11, subdivision 7. If any ties in rank remain, those names shall appear in alphabetical order.
